Pauline Primrose-Heaney is a graduate from the University of Queensland with a Masters in Audiology Studies, Master of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Music. She joined Value Hearing in 2011.

She enjoys the flexibility of being able to offer any product from any manufacturer, which means that she is able to recommend the most appropriate hearing aid for her clients, rather than being limited by manufacturing obligations.

Location is easy to find and get to. Great service.

Minerva was very professional and helpful in reassessing my hearing issues/needs. She answered my many questions thoroughly, cleaned and readjusted my hearing aids appropriately, and I left feeling confident in my overall hearing wellbeing.

I have been a client at VALUE HEARING for over 10 years and can only highly recommend them. I am in my late 80’S and have virtually no hearing in my left ear [3%]. The audiologist Pauline at the time, suggested that I try a hearing aid with a transmitter in my left ear to try and compensate for the loss of hearing in that ear, which I have done. When improvements to this system have been made over the years I have moved with them. Although I will never recover any hearing in my left ear the Cros transmitter has helped. Moving to the present, on the audiologist’s suggestion when I enquired about Blue Tooth, I was given a loan of an inexpensive Blue Tooth attachment for my current hearing aids, which are still in good working order. This appliance gives me a fair amount of hands free operations. At no time was I ever induced to purchase the more expensive new Blue Tooth hearing aids. In all the years that I have been a client at Value Hearing I have never had to say “I will have to get another quote from somebody else”.

The Sydney location is easy to get to and , on arrival, the audiologist (Pauline) greeted me and carried out a hearing test.

Pauline is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Based on my hearing test, she recommended two options and I chose one of them (Oticon More 1 mini rite) to wear and review for a few days, I was very happy with these hearing aids and a couple of days ago went ahead with the purchase from Value Hearing,
