Slight problem with retention and ended up losing one. I have a very narrow right ear canal. After a replacement, I am now more careful with insertion and I am also using the plastic tail (retention grip) to help with the retention. So far so good... Hard to live without them now... As a doctor, I find hard to use the stethoscope with them. Overall I strongly recommend the use of hearing aids for any degree of hearing loss.
