I'd been to Associated about 5 years ago and the diagnosis was that I was not quite ready for any hearing augmentation. Now it's time, and Dr. Kelly did an extremely thorough evaluation of my current hearing [and lack thereof] and laid out all the options in a very friendly and professional manner. I enjoyed working with her. She helped me select the right device and I can't wait for the final fitting. High marks.
Read moreDr. Linda Erickson is a wonderful audiologist! She is patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable. I saw her for my 6 month appointment today. She cleaned my hearing aids and found a piece of skin, in my ear, in that was affecting my hearing. I walked out of her office hearing better than I have in months. I’m so grateful to be trusting my hearing to her.
Read moreThe office staff was very friendly and efficient all the way through making the appointment, checking in, and checking out. Dr. Linda Erickson was wonderful! She completed a very thorough hearing evaluation, explained the results-recommendations-hearing aid options in detail, and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Erickson and her staff if you think you have a hearing problem or are considering a hearing aid.
Read moreDr. Kelly was very kind and professional. She explained the testing and the findings very well. I really appreciated her input on the recommended hearing aid style, component level, and color. She changed some of my expectations and I really appreciate her honest input. I hope I get to see her again on my follow up visits.
