Doctor Mills did a terrific job for me She worked with my insurance carrier to get the best hearing aids possible at the lowest out of pocket cost. She took measurements of my ears and ordered the hearing aids I needed. When they came in she worked with me to set them to the optimal settings for my particular hearing deficiencies. She helped me download the AP that works with my hearing aids and showed me the things I could do with it. I could not ask for better more caring service

Ashley is a pro at the front desk. Dr Cole is on top of her profession...very informative when it comes to providing answers to all my questions related to hearing. Hopefully I won't have to... but if I to see another Audiologist Dr Cole would be my choice.

We Visited here on Tuesday for a checkup on my tubing, they took me right away. The new Audiologist was so knowledgeable and nice and she fixed me right up. I've always been pleased with the outstanding service I have received here. I highly recommend Live Better Hearing, five stars for sure, Jack Quincy..

Dr. Cole is informed, friendly, and warm! She carefully guided me through the process, made sure I was comfortable and worked with me to determine what would be best for my situation. There was never a lot of wait time and my appointments were personal and private. Highly recommend the Glen Burnie and Annapolis offices! Totally happy with the service I received.
