Live Better Hearing + Balance

If I could give 0 stars I would. Since the previous doctor (and other staff) left the service here is horrible. They care nothing for their patients AT ALL! Once they have gotten your money for whatever they have sold you, they couldn't care less if you are having problems. Unfortunately, with hearing devices, the follow-up services are just as important as the initial care but no one bothered to tell these people that was part of their job. If your insurance will allow you to go somewhere else, do so. Don't subject yourself to these worthless people.

I was referred to the center for my vertigo and balance issues. I love the gentle and personal care received at the center. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. Dr. Gaskins was amazing. Her calm demeanor was soothing and comforting. She explained every step and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I definitely recommend Live Better Hearing + Balance.

Great experience with Dr. Gaskin and the office staff. The initial exam was very detailed, giving me confidence in the outcome and the direction that I wanted to take. Follow-ups were equally helpful.

Have you ever met someone for the first time and felt like you have known them your whole entire life. Well Dr. Gaskins is like that! She's amazing, she is very patient and knowledgeable. After dealing with me, she probably took the rest of the day off. She explains everything and answers your questions with love and professionalism. You will never feel rushed, ignored or like a number. You will feel better, trust me.

This was a pleasant experience from the time I entered the door (Waldorf office). The young lady at the desk was very professional. Casey Gaskins is the same. She took her time explaining the process which happens sometimes with those of us who are seniors and might not get it the first time. I would strongly recommend live better hearing.
