I was introduced to Live Better Hearing + Balance through the Veteran's Administration -- the local company is part of the VA's community provider network. The services provided were top-notch. There were no short cuts taken during the initial visit and hearing tests. Hearing aids were ordered after the custom fit molds were made. When it came time to fit and test the appliances, more than an hour was spent ensuring the quality of the fit and operation of the hearing aids. I've been going to Live Better Hearing since 2015. They are always professional and great to work with. Scott is all business when it comes to the hearing tests and great at explaining what he's doing and what he's found. he and I have the same sense of humor, so, it always makes for a fun visit. Today he even let me fondle his jacket!!! LOL

He is a Virginia licensed audiologist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. He specializes in diagnostic hearing testing, hearing aids, and earwax removal.
Scott earned his Master of Audiology degree from the University of South Carolina – Columbia and his Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Towson State University.
