Marni Novick, AuD founded Silicon Valley Hearing, Inc. in 2013. Her own experience with childhood hearing loss led her to the field of audiology. She is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. Dr. Novick received her Masters' of Arts in Audiology from The University of Iowa in 2000 and her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2004. Dr. Novick has previously taught for the University of Florida long-distance AuD program.

Dr. Novick is a licensed dispensing audiologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She is also Board-Certified by the American Board of Audiology. She is a member of the American Tinnitus Association and the Tinnitus Practitioners Association.

She has experience in pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid fittings, including assessment and management of tinnitus and the assessment and diagnosis of auditory processing disorders. She serves of the Board of Directors for the California Academy of Audiology and holds the position of Northern California Representative.

In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her husband and two adorable children.
