I have been an audiologist for over 30 years, with the majority of my career in direct patient care and managment of large hearing aid dispensing programs.  My goal is to treat each patient individually, with their  hearing healthcare needs, their values, and their budget in mind.  I have seen many changes in the delivery of hearing healthcare delivery.  There is, however, no substitute for hands-on care with a properly educated, trained and committed professional.  That approach, combined with products that are well-tested, durable and thoroughly vetted, is the one that persons with hearing loss need and deserve.
