Over 13 years wearing expensive aids. Now I want to at least be able to change minor items on my own hearing and not need someone to change a program or program notification sounds volume. Had a bad experience with an intern who wanted to charge me $100 to program a remote mic to my aids, something I found out I could do in 5 minutes with internet instructions. I have Starkeys, the software, and receiving devices.  I don't make major changes to my main program, which was done by an audiologist.
