Dr. Norin has been with the The Hearing and Speech Agency since June 2009. She holds her Doctorate in Audiology, as well as two Bachelor of Science degrees in Speech Pathology and Audiology and Mass Communications from Towson University.

Her clinical expertise includes behavioral and evoked potential diagnostics of hearing loss and hearing related disorders for both pediatric and adult patients, programming and dispensing of hearing aids, aural rehabilitation, central auditory processing disorder assessment, cochlear implant mapping, and hearing conservation. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Norin’s research focused on the impact of hearing protection devices on speech communication in noise, which was presented at the 2009 national convention for the American Academy of Audiology and published in Ear & Hearing (2011).

Dr. Norin is licensed by the State of Maryland, and she is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Board of Audiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Maryland Academy of Audiology, and she is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
