Dr. Michelle Foos, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA. Dr. Foos earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from Central Michigan University (CMU) and recently received her Doctorate in Audiology from CMU. While at CMU she gained clinical experiences in a variety of settings including, private practices in MI and UT, a VA Medical Center, and a university clinic.

She is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing health and has a unique perspective given she was born with hearing loss herself.

"When I was a child I was diagnosed with hearing loss in my left ear. It did not completely surprise my parents since I was quite a noisy child, but it certainly raised questions. Who could we trust to help, why did it happen, could we have prevented it, what do we need to do now? My parents did not know what an Audiologist even was or who they could turn to for guidance after my diagnosis, but they were referred to a private practice in Muskegon, MI. I don't remember much about the process since I was so young, but all I remember was feeling safe and "at home" where we went. I felt comfortable there. Fast forward to my Junior year of college and everything just sort of fell into place. I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people. More specifically I wanted to help people with their hearing health. I wanted to give my future patients a place they could come and get the best possible service and personalized care. I wanted to spend the time with them that they deserved. I wanted my patients to feel like they finally found a doctor who listened to them and gave them exactly what they needed to succeed."
