I have the StreamLine TV, Pure 13 BT Primax, and a Samsung Android phone. Which apps do I use to listen to the TV through my hearing aids?

The streamline TV transmitter should provide the signal to your hearing instruments, which an app is not needed. However, for more control over the hearing instruments you can ask you hearing care professional to designate the button on the hearing instrument to be programmed with volume control as well as soundbalance. The app to download is the mycontrol app from signia through the play store.. This also will allow more control over the hearing instruments. If you have any questions about the process I would encourage you speak with your hearing instrument provider.
