I recently began my search for hearing aids. It became quite overwhelming and confusing, with vastly different prices for the same product, different services etc. I was a few weeks into my search when I came across Value Hearing. Firstly, the website and the youtube videos were very informative, giving me the knowledge I needed to make a informed decision. The whole online platform is amazing, I felt comfortable knowing so much more. Then secondly, I received quotes after I requested them, and this is when I found a transparent, incredibly detailed and helpful customer service provided by Lezanne. I corresponded via email with Lezanne and she followed up each time very swiftly. I can’t recommend her enough and I think Value hearing is lucky to have her. Then I met Kate for my first hearing aid fitting. I had already had a recent audiogram and a lengthy phone call with Kate. Again I found her service to be 2nd to none. Kate spent 2 hours explaining and ensuring I was comfortable with the fitting of the hearing aids before I left. The next day she followed up with a phone call. Kate will follow up with me again when I return from an overseas trip. The whole experience I have had with Value Hearing has been exceptional. Lastly a huge thank you to Christo Fourie, the founder, who is clearly passionate about transparency, fair pricing, and ensuring both staff and customers are well informed. A great leader he must be.

I’ve had a few test runs with other hearing consultants & Value Hearing stands heads & shoulders above all of them. Emma was a thorough audiologist who explained test results & options in detail. She was patient & attentive & fair in her product disclosures. I would recommend Value Hearing without any reservations whatsoever - they are simply the best!

This place I would recommend to anyone looking to have a hearing test and also looking to purchase hearing aids. I was put on to Value Hearing by a friend, for me this was an excellent introduction . I had been to other hearing aid companies and was about to spend a fortune on hearing aids. Emma and Thilini evaluated my condition without seeing my previous tests done by others. Incidentally both test were identical. Value hearing's took time to explain my condition and advised on appropriate hearing aids. Absolutely appropriate and not over the top like other companies. They were no interested in up selling rather, providing a device that was most suitable for my needs. Also I was give a test set of aids to see if they were suitable before going ahead with getting a set for myself. Emma and the team are very courteous and helpful. A company that really puts the client first.

Value Hearing has provided me with 4 hearing aids over many years. At all times I have been delighted with their service, their products and their professionalism. great value so they are well titled.
