Raza at Value Hearing helped me select the best hearing aids for my needs. Much improved experience compared to the last two companies I used to purchase hearing aids and cheaper too. The Bluetooth functional has helped me work, specifically hearing on the phone and Webex meetings etc. I have been recently diagnosed with tinnitus and again Raza helped me through adapting to this. I would highly recommend their service and products!

Georgia was great. Very professional. Tests were good and product information thorough. Did not feel pressured to sign up and happy with my choice . Very good after sales service as well. Highly recommend. I had also seen three other providers before making this choice. 20/10/23 Just saw Shou to check up my hearing aids and in June for a general check up. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner on both occasions. Highly recommend Value Hearing. The receptionist Nina was also very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars from me.

If you are a self-funded retiree who has to fork out all the cost of your hearing aids (no government support) these people give excellent value at far less cost than one of those walk-in "Free hearing Test" places in most shopping strips. Good service and after-sales service. Recommended. Update 2023: Still getting great service from Value Hearing. Shou gives careful and detailed help with maintenance etc. Thanks.

My hearing test was comfortable and informative and the results matched my own expectations. Lowish cost hearing aids were recommended as suitable for me, even though I was quite prepared to pay considerably more. My audiologist was calm, reassuring and informative and happy to respond to my questions/suggestions. He outlined the time-frame for fitting and adjusting the devices and costs were clearly stated. I have been very happy with my purchase and pleased that I did not insist on the re-chargeable model that was considerably more expensive. Changing the batteries is not the problem I expected it might be. I have found the service from Value Hearing excellent and when the cable between the behind the ear and in the ear parts broke, I had a replacement from Queensland the next morning, together with an informative video on how to put it together. The only aspect that might have been better was a clearer overview about cleaning and maintaining the devices in the longer term.

Shoe is very thorough in the service that he provides, and pleasant to deal with as well.
The Audiologist is caring, professional and experienced, and through clinical testing, based on my specific hearing loss and lifestyle has set me up to try a couple of different brands and some different styles (CIC ITC and RIC).
Both my late husband and I got our aids from Value Hearing and have been pleased with them. They were helpful to me when, like thousands of others, I lost an aid when removing the mark (and glasses and sunglasses).
