Dr. Cole and her staff were wonderful! They were professional, courteous and very kind. Not only did the front desk go above and beyond in making a last minute appointment for me and working closely with me to make this a seamless painless process as a new patient to the practice, but Dr Cole was also very clear and thorough in her instructions and explanations. I am very pleased with the experience I had and highly recommend this practice to any looking for an excellent audiologist in the area.

Dr. Cole and her staff are highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She carefully explained the results from my hearing test and offered many different options for me to consider. When my hearing aids arrived she discussed care and maintenance for them and also showed me how to use the app to optimize their settings. I'm very pleased with the level of service and the quality of product.

Dr. Cole is fantastic. She took the time to explain my fathers severe hearing loss in several ways until we understood completely. She patiently worked to adjust his aids and made sure we could maintain them between visits. Wonderful experience.
