Hearts for Hearing is a non-profit aimed at improving children's and adults' lives. They address each person's specific hearing needs and use creative, evidence-based approaches to treat hearing loss. Hearts for Hearing was founded in 2003 to support the first collection of hearing aids in Oklahoma for children with hearing loss. In 2013, the project grew to open a clinic specifically tailored for adults to meet the increasing demand for adult hearing healthcare.
The Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) promotes job opportunities, independent living, and economic self-sufficiency by helping Oklahomans with disabilities overcome obstacles to workplace, school, and home success.
